Frequently Asked Questions

1.Q: What are your hours?

   A: Pet sitting hours are 6:00 A.M. – 9:00PM. seven days a week, 365 days a year.Our office hours are 9:00 A.M. – 7P.M. seven days a week. If calling during office hours and we are not available to answer the phone please leave a message and we will get back to you within the hour. If it is after office hours when you call leave a message and we will return you call the next day during office hours.

2.Q: What hours do you provide mid-day walks or mid-day potty breaks for daily customers, and where is your service area for mid-day walks?

A: Mid-day walks or mid-day potty breaks for weekly customers are done between the hours of 11-3PM only. Mid-day walks can be done Monday - Sunday. We offer a half hour mid-day potty break or walk and a 15 minute mid-day potty or walk. For puppies we recommend the half hour visit which will provide a let out, walk if needed and lots of playtime. The 15 minute visit is ideal for the dogs who just need a quick let out to go potty or a quick walk. The service area for mid-day walks are Chardon, Hambden, Munson, Concord, Painesville, Painesville Twp., Perry, Fairport Harbor, Mentor, Mentor on the Lake, Leroy, Kirtland, Kirtland Hills, and Willoughby, We do not offer walks in Wickliffe, or Willowick.

3.Q: Can I bring my pet to your home?

   A: We provide services in your home only, where your pet is most comfortable.

4.Q: What happens if we come home early or are arriving later than planned?

A: If coming home early or later than expected please call us and if we do not answer leave a voicemail. We check our voicemail all the time and this will make sure that we receive the message. Please no emails because we always do not have access to our email. When we receive the message we will call back with a confirmation.

5.Q: Who will have access to my home?

   A: Only two people will ever have access to your house, myself Aprell and my mother Rosemary.

6.Q: How is payment accepted?

A: Payments for new customers are expected to be paid at the time of the initial consultation. After that payment can be left for us at the time of the first visit of a pet sitting assignment. If you are weekly dog walking customers you can pay weekly, biweekly or monthly which ever is easier for you. Please let us know how often you are paying. We accept cash, checks made out to your pet sitter, or paypal. If paying by paypal please let us know so we can send an invoice through paypal. If you cannot provide full payment on the 1st visit, please let us know and we can make arrangements with you.

7.Q: Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

A: Yes we are. We are a member of PSI and insured through Business Insurers of the Carolinas. We also have references on hand for anyone who would like to see them.

8. Q: What are you service areas for pet sitting and mid-day dog walk?

A: For pet sitting assignments we service the following cities: Chardon, Hambden, Munson, Concord, Painesville, Painesville Twp, Leroy, Fairport, Perry, Mentor on the Lake, Mentor, Kirtland, Kirtland Hills, and Willoughby, We offer limited pet sitting in Wickliffe, and Willowick please call for availability. For our daily dog walks we provide them in all the cities mentioned above except for Wickliffe, and Willowick.
